The best way to use Tekopora incense, is to cut a piece of the branch of about 2,5cm, light the 2,5cm piece by the tip and place it on a bowl, smoker, or any object that supports heat (it is very common to be used on stones as well).
Why cut a 2,5cm piece? Each piece of 2,5cm will leave perfumed about 2hs in a room (ex: living/dining room of about 20mts2). In case you want to use it in a room/bathroom you can cut a smaller piece.
